Go-gurt has actually undergone several ingredient changes over the past decade (driven by consumer demand— good job guys)! They took out HFCS, artificial flavors and colors, and reduced the sugar. But, they’ve still got a ways to go. My 4-year old is a big fan of these new Siggi’s packs, and I’m a fan of the lower sugar, higher protein, and better ingredients.

So far, I’ve found these at Target, Whole Foods, and Sprouts

I remember back in 2014ish when everyone started buying gluten free cookies and bread bc they thought it was better for them.

Now it’s bread, cookies, popcorn, chips, muffins, etc with PROTEIN. Just read the ingredients. Premiere protein sucks. Cheap, low quality ingredients, NOT REAL FOOD. You can do better for your body❣️

First we’ll take a healthy “shot” then head out on the Florida Urban Trail. After our walk we will come back to the office for a healthy snack you can eat there or take with you. We usually walk between 30-60 minutes.

I always look for granolas with nuts and seeds as the main ingredients. If you’re adding granola to something, you probably don’t need MORE carbs and sugar, you probably need more healthy fats and protein (hello nuts and seeds!).

Seven Sundays (any version) always has straightforward ingredients lists (see next slide). You can find them in Target, Costco, Thrive Market, and Sprouts.
