Happy Mother’s Day to all! I got all I wanted this morning!! Be able to drink my coffee hot and 5 minutes of silence only interrupted by the sound of the ocean waves 🌊! Make sure you do your self care rituals moms , whatever that looks like for you! 💛

Being your mom will forever be my favorite role! I’ve come across so many child cases in my office lately that are very difficult to stomach and comprehend, especially as a mom now. Everyday I am grateful for your safety and all the love and kindness you receive. I can only dream and pray for all the children in the world and in our own country to have tender love and be treated with love, kindness and respect. I can only pray that the cycle of abuse stops the moment that child enters my office to embark in therapy. It is a huge responsibility to lead their healing journey, to advocate for their safety in a broken system and to hopefully stop the generational trauma. 🙏🏼💛 if you or anyone you know needs help with their emotional and mental health, please reach out before starting to hurt others around you 😢 especially the most vulnerable, our children !
