Coconut water = healthy? Yes… but not magic.
It’s a great way to stay hydrated and a better option than sugary drinks.
It also contains natural sugars (not bad), but like anything, too much isn’t ideal.
The best everyday choice will always be water. And remember, your heart doesn’t need one “perfect” drink…it needs consistency.

Enjoy coconut water if you like it 🤍
Just don’t rely on it to do what your habits should.
