This 2-hour experience is designed for every body—whether it’s your first time on a paddleboard or you’re already comfortable on the water. We’ll guide you through the basics first, helping you find your balance seated, kneeling, or standing at your own pace.
Then we flow.
A gentle, all-levels yoga practice…
guided by breath, supported by water, and grounded in presence.
