So many tourists.. sometimes it didn't feel like we were in Japan, because there were more tourists than Japanese ppl. 🤔 There's both good and bad to this influx of tourism.

Wrapped these mallets a few months ago, to play around with different Gong sounds. It's fun to try (simple tutorial on YouTube😀) and see what different materials/density/weight etc make big a difference in the quality of sound. Always more to learn, but getting creative keeps things interesting & worthwhile. Truly lucky to be able to play with Grotta Sonora Gongs every day. ✨

Oh wow, did I have so much stuff! After a year in this larger office on Palmetto Ave, I faced the challenge of finding a new space, pack-up, relocating, and setting up again in just 60 days. It was a lot of work, but it all came together in the end.✨️

My new location is in the Audubon Park neighborhood, just 10 minutes away from Palmetto Ave, and still close to Winter Park. East End Market is right across the street, and it's a really cute area with lots of small businesses and yummy food.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. I strive to make this new space just as peaceful and inviting.
I’ll continue to provide the best one-on-one Japanese acupuncture care with sound healing combined.

Putting together a cohesive, healing space has been really fun. Even though moving is extra work.. each treatment space comes together with healing intention and so satisfying. The possibility of creating something different but complimentary. Guess it's like a form of meditation. This particular clinic space on Palmetto Ave in Winter Park has been my biggest yet and it's been a year-long personal project creating a flow here. It's also been my first time having a clinic space on my own.. and what I learned is that I really enjoy having no drama and creative freedom. It seems minor, but I've learned a lot about myself and what I'm capable of.
Now, it seems that the Universe is giving me yet another chance to carry this calm energy and my practice to a different location.. Stay tuned!
