Scenic street views. June is getting into the rainy ☔ season in Japan, but we were lucky to have some sunshine too.

So many tourists.. sometimes it didn't feel like we were in Japan, because there were more tourists than Japanese ppl. 🤔 There's both good and bad to this influx of tourism.

Wrapped these mallets a few months ago, to play around with different Gong sounds. It's fun to try (simple tutorial on YouTube😀) and see what different materials/density/weight etc make big a difference in the quality of sound. Always more to learn, but getting creative keeps things interesting & worthwhile. Truly lucky to be able to play with Grotta Sonora Gongs every day. ✨
