Such a fun surprise running into these beauties at the Pop Up Market this afternoon! ☺️

If you’re looking for a phenomenal place to work out in the Winter Park/Casselberry/Oviedo area with coaches that are into functional fitness and longevity with small class sizes and a hands on, personalized approach, come join me for a class on Saturday morning (or sign up for one of their weekday workouts)! This precious baby girl loves her adjustments and cranial work by Dr. J! 💆🏼‍♀️
