✨ Standing room only! ✨

I was thrilled to lead a session on Executive Presence for Women in Government Relations at the WGR Leadership & Advocacy Conference. As a lawyer who has built her career in government relations—and as a proud WGR member—I have a special affinity for this incredible community.

The work women do in this space is powerful and far-reaching, and it was an honor to share tools to help elevate our voices and influence in the policy arena.

😳 I keep hearing the same thing from women professionals:
“I’m scared of AI.”
or
“AI is only going to impact jobs in tech—not mine.”

The reality? AI is transforming every industry, not just Silicon Valley.

📊 Accountants are using AI for audits and tax prep.
🏥 Nurses and healthcare workers are navigating AI-driven patient monitoring tools.
📞 Customer service reps are working alongside AI chatbots.
📚 Teachers are adapting lesson plans in classrooms where students have AI at their fingertips.
💼 Even HR teams are seeing AI screen resumes before they ever reach a hiring manager.

This isn’t about fear—it’s about preparedness. The women who will thrive in this AI-driven world are those who proactively build the skills that machines can’t replace: adaptability, emotional intelligence, creativity, andleadership.

That’s exactly what I’ll be teaching in my upcoming webinar:

Too often, meetings are seen as a chore—something to get through, not grow through.

But here’s the truth: every meeting is a missed opportunity if you don’t show up strategically.

✅ Want to be seen as a thought leader?
✅ Want to gain influence with decision-makers?
✅ Want your voice to carry weight at work?

Meetings are where it happens. But how you show up makes all the difference.

In my blog post, I share how women can lead and shine in any meeting—whether it’s in-person, virtual, or impromptu by the coffee bar.
