Sunshine OTC Benefit Reminder!

This is your monthly Sunshine OTC Benefit Reminder! This month's benefits will expire at the end of the < span=""> month!

If your kiddos are enrolled with Sunshine Health, they are eligible for a monthly OTC Benefit. This allows your family to receive $50 per household of OTC medications and supplies. (Please note, while this is normally $50 per household, most foster children are subscribed as their own household, so you may be able to receive this benefit as $50 per foster child. Adopted children are considered part of your household.)

You can take advantage of this benefit in 3 ways!

1. Going in to select CVS stores with member ID card. Participating stores can be located here: https://www.cvs.com/benefits/s...

2. Ordering via phone: 1-888-262-6298 M-F (9am-8pm)

3. Adoptive /Permanent Guardianship families can order OTC items online through link below

Most of us in Seminole, Orange and Osceola will need to use the < span=""> Maitland Address Zip Code which is 32751. *The < span=""> shipping address needs to be changed at the < span=""> end of each order to be delivered to your home as it will revert to < span=""> the CBC address listed in < span=""> the account.
