What Are Flower Essences?
Flower essences are gentle, natural remedies made from the energetic imprint of flowers. Unlike essential oils or herbal extracts, they don’t contain physical plant material — they work on a vibrational level, supporting emotional and energetic balance.
Flower Remedies were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician and homeopath, in the early 1930s.
Each essence carries the unique frequency of a flower and helps shift specific emotional patterns, like fear, sadness, grief, irritation, anxiety, or lack of confidence — into more harmonious states such as calm, clarity, courage, or joy.
🌼How They Work

Flower essences interact with the body’s energy field, much like homeopathy or Reiki.

They gently help clear energetic blockages and restore emotional flow.

Think of them as “energetic guides” that help realign your inner state with your true self.

✅ Safe, Gentle & Effective

No side effects

Non-toxic and do not interfere with medications

Safe for all ages — including babies, elderly, and during pregnancy

Wonderful for pets too! Animals respond very well to flower essences when dealing with stress, fear, trauma, or behavioral shifts.

Flower remedies are a beautiful, subtle tool for healing the emotional roots behind physical or mental imbalances — and for reconnecting with your inner peace and wisdom.

Fascia is a flexible and sturdy material that covers every muscle, organ, bond and nerve. The fascial net is one continuous structure throughout the body. Therefore, obviously, it's all connected. Releasing fascia brings up a feeling of letting go. The moment our body goes from resisting to releasing. " If we stop moving one part, or all of the body, then fascia starts to dehydrate, solidify and constrict. This spot becomes like a dam for the energy, the information and the signals. We lose awareness in that part of the body and healthy function. (Erin Bourne)
" Fascia is our biggest sensory organ, our organ of awareness, our internal ocean." ( Alexa Nehter). Gentle touch in our fascia, such as used in Cranial Sacral Therapy helps communicate to our Nervous system that there is no longer need for tension in that area. Releasing tensions in one part of the body triggers the release in other parts of the body and in the mind. Namaste 🦋

Life Is Mirror and Movement.
The world is your mirror. What you emanate, you attract. Life dances with your vibration.
Every interaction is a reflection of your inner state. If you're constantly in conflict, resentment, or fear, these will echo back through people and experiences — and eventually your body.

Unexpressed emotions or imbalances in how we interact (too passive, too aggressive, needy, controlling) create energetic blockages that manifest as physical symptoms.
Example: If you habitually suppress your needs to avoid conflict, you might develop throat issues, digestive problems, or fatigue, because you’re blocking your self-expression and flow.
Energy Vibrates in Every Organ.
Each organ holds an emotional-energetic function.

Disharmony in interactions affects specific body systems.
Example:

If you feel invaded by others or unable to say no, it may affect your urinary system (boundaries).

If you carry resentment in relationships, the liver often holds this energy. When you don't respect yourself in interactions, the body ends up "shouting" what your mind is denying.
Repeated patterns of negative interaction (guilt, criticism, blame) create affirmations that shape your biology.
Examples:

Back pain = feeling unsupported in relationships.

Stomach issues = inability to "digest" what’s happening in your interactions.

Skin problems = feeling exposed or attacked by others.

combining Massage, Reiki, and Craniosacral Therapy creates a holistic trifecta that addresses health on the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels. When these therapies are integrated, they do more than relax — they reset and realign the entire human system.

In Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), a still point is a temporary pause in the rhythmic motion of the craniosacral system. This system includes the movement of cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord, which practitioners believe follows a gentle, wave-like rhythm.
What Happens During a Still Point?

A still point occurs when this rhythm naturally slows down and temporarily stops. It can be induced intentionally by a practitioner or happen spontaneously during a CST session. This pause allows the body to reset, promoting deep relaxation and self-correction of imbalances.

Stillness is not merely an absence of motion but a dynamic and transformative state—a gateway to healing rather than a final destination.
Benefits of a Still Point
Craniosacral rhythms facilitates profound physiological and energetic shifts. The idea that stillness allows for transmutation aligns with the belief that the body's innate intelligence, often referred to as the Breath of Life, reorganizes and restores itself when given the right conditions.
In essence, this perspective reframes stillness as a moment of profound potential, where healing emerges not through force but through surrender to the natural rhythms of life. It’s a poetic and insightful reflection on the healing process in CST.

Old patterns. Not necessarily our old patterns are bad. Watching the results and observing how they make us feel is the compass to make a decision towards changing it or not. We do not fight them, we accept the use they had in our lives and create new healthier ones.

Nature has a profound way of helping us regulate our mental and emotional well-being, and there’s a lot of science and human experience to back that up. When we spend time in natural environments — whether that’s a forest, a park, a beach, or even a quiet garden — it tends to have a calming, grounding effect on our minds and bodies.

One big reason for this is how nature engages our senses in a gentle, non-overwhelming way. The sound of rustling leaves, birds singing, or waves hitting the shore creates a kind of natural white noise that helps soothe our nervous system. The sight of greenery or water often brings a feeling of peace — researchers have found that just looking at images of nature can lower stress levels.

Spending time in nature also helps regulate emotions through its impact on our physiology. It lowers cortisol (the stress hormone), reduces heart rate, and improves blood pressure. When our body starts to calm down, our mind often follows, and that opens space for clearer thinking and a more balanced emotional state.

Beyond the physical effects, nature helps shift our perspective. When we’re surrounded by something vast — like mountains, an ocean, or a starry sky — it reminds us that our problems, while important, are part of a much bigger picture. That sense of awe can foster gratitude and humility, which are powerful emotional regulators.
There’s also the simple rhythm of nature: the cycles of day and night, the seasons changing, the slow growth of trees. Observing these patterns can help us reconnect with a sense of patience and acceptance. We realize that not everything happens instantly — healing, growth, and change take time — and that can be incredibly reassuring when we’re going through emotional struggles.

Finally, being in nature often encourages mindfulness. When we walk through a quiet forest or sit by a lake, we tend to become more present, noticing the texture of leaves, the temperature of the air, the scent of flowers. That presence in the moment helps quiet the noise of overthinking and anxiety.

In short, nature provides a space where we can breathe, reflect, and reset — helping us find calm, clarity, and emotional balance.

Reiki helps process stored emotions by working with the body’s energy system to promote balance and release. Here’s how:

Energy Flow and Blockage Release:
Emotions, especially unprocessed ones like grief, anger, or fear, can get stored in the body as energy blockages. Reiki channels universal life energy (also called “ki” or “chi”) to these areas, helping to clear stagnation and get energy flowing again.

Bringing Awareness to Suppressed Emotions:
During a Reiki session, people often experience sensations, memories, or feelings rising to the surface. This increased awareness can help you recognize emotions you’ve been holding onto without even realizing it.

Creating a Safe Space for Release:
Reiki induces deep relaxation, which creates a sense of safety. When the body and mind feel safe, it’s easier to release stored emotions without resistance or fear.

Balancing the Nervous System:
Reiki shifts the body into a parasympathetic state — the “rest and digest” mode — which is essential for emotional processing and healing. In this calm state, the body can work through unresolved feelings more effectively.

Supporting Emotional Integration:
As stored emotions release, they often need to be acknowledged and integrated. Reiki helps ease this process by bringing a sense of acceptance, peace, and clarity, allowing you to move forward with more balance.

Chakra Alignment:
Emotions are often linked to specific chakras (energy centers). For instance, the heart chakra holds love and grief, while the solar plexus chakra carries personal power and anxiety. Reiki balances these chakras, helping clear emotional imbalances associated with them.

People often describe feeling lighter, more peaceful, or even more emotional right after a session — all signs that stored emotions are moving and being processed.

Reposted from Breathing in four times starting from the belly is a technique that helps engage the vagus Nerve and the diaphragm promoting deep awareness and relaxation. Here’s how to do it:

First Inhale (Belly) – Breathe in through your nose, filling your belly first. Let your abdomen expand as you take in air deeply.

Second Inhale (Ribs) – Continue inhaling, allowing the air to expand your ribcage outward.

Third Inhale (Chest) – Keep drawing in air, now expanding your chest. Your shoulders should stay relaxed.

Fourth Inhale (Upper Chest/Collarbones) – Take in one last sip of air, filling the very top of your lungs near the collarbones.

Hold briefly, then exhale slowly and fully, allowing all the air to leave from top to bottom (chest, ribs, belly). This technique maximizes oxygen intake, calms the nervous system, and improves breath control, making it useful for meditation, singing, or relaxation.

How does this affect our body? Temper directly affects the health of our body. Anger exacerbates our liver which manages muscles according to traditional Chinese medicine and excess of worry depletes the energy of our spleen, which manages ligaments and tendons. Anguish creates weakens our heart affecting breathing, sleep and increasing stress, weakening our adrenal glands.

*What we experience in childhood generates emotional responses to life situations. Our childhood wounds directly affect our relationships in adulthood. If we develop awareness and understanding of patterns and triggers, we can learn to better manage our emotions, make decisions in our place as adults, more mature and less reactive, and develop true empowerment and autonomy, leading to the healing of these childhood wounds. My Holistic approach will help you walk this path with guidance turning your journey more fluid and lighter.

Lymphatic drainage is a technique developed in Germany for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery. It is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
Lymphatic Drainage works extremely well for minor to severe swelling due to any number of reasons, injuries, diseases, injuries, repressed emotions.
It is quite relaxing to the client. The technique is very rhythmic with a light stretching of the skin. The pressure is very slight due to where the lymphatic system is located just under the skin.
The lymphatic system does not have its own pump. Deep breathing and muscle contraction is what moves the lymph. This technique does not remove permanently body fat. Instead it can act as a diuretic to help rid your body of excess fluid, so the weight you may lose is water weight, and only temporary. By improving this system, you enable your body to better detoxify itself.
