👨‍⚕️✈️👶❤️ From one operating room to another — borders may divide us, but cleft care unites us 🌍💫

This was one of those special weeks in surgery — We loved hosting , sharing techniques, stories, and our shared passion for transforming little lives through cleft lip repair. 💪👃👶.

Next week he heads to tampa to visit our friends & to continue the wonderful exchange of camaraderie, education and techniques!

We learn so much from each other when we open our ORs, our minds, and our hearts. 🙌✨ Whether it’s refining a rotation advancement, adjusting markings for different anatomy, or simply swapping pearls of wisdom — every exchange makes us better surgeons for the kids we serve. 💬🧠✂️

This beautiful baby reminds us why we do what we do. One surgery, a lifetime of impact. 💙💥

10 years ago today, I married my best friend—the love of my life. 👸🏽🩺

What a journey it’s been.

From wild adventures to quiet moments, long hours in the hospital, shared dreams, cross-country moves, our ups & downs, and laughter-filled mornings—we’ve built a life full of love, growth, and meaning.

This week in France has been the perfect way to celebrate it all. 🇫🇷🥂 We’ve made new memories, soaked in the beauty of this world—big and small—and reminded ourselves just how lucky we are to share this life together.

Soon we head home to the two greatest joys of our life—our little family of four ❤️—and I couldn’t be more thankful for the past decade or more excited for what’s ahead.

Sabrina—thank you for being my everything. 💕
