Do you have 2-4 minutes every day for maintaining healthy fit body?
1. Don’t think of daily full body exercise. Instead workout one body part a day in a week.
2. Which body part to choose?
Exercise that part which you feel more pain in, which you use more, the part which is getting weaker with age. Such as eyes, neck, arms , feet 👣..
3. What exercise to do? Don’t think of yoga, gym, pilates. Simply move the chosen part gently in all directions and in REPETITION. Cause movement• This actually increases blood circulation.
That’s all, not much time or effort needed to start working out.
4. To increase muscle you need to do MORE exercise. More workout More muscle. Less exercise will increase blood circulation, so it is beneficial in a way.
