Do you even roll bro??
and his dad getting in some solid core work
This takes a tremendous amount of hip awareness, making sure you can roll your hips into a posterior rotation (hips under) when rolling onto your stomach to not cause lumbar jamming. There is even some frontal plane movement of the hips to make sure the roll is smooth as you roll over on your side.
Not going to do you any good even you don’t know how to eccentrically contract your re**us abdominous (6 pack muscles) 💪🏼
Want a 6 pack without all the back pain that comes with it?? 🤕 Stop crunching, start rolling

Left or right? Unbelievable, after only one 30 min session!!
This was taken during our first session together. My friend here has been diagnosed with Parkinson's and lives with daily pain that is exaggerated by standing or moving.
After our 1st session, the results speak for themselves. He was feeling better than ever, and told me he continued moving throughout the day with significantly reduced pain.
This guy has seen everyone, and tried everything to reduce his pain.
Gave him some intelligent motion, then observed.

Tag your training partner and give this one a go.

Big night last night with the Noosa lads, so needed a Sunday funday with

Try this one at a speed and weight that is in your threshold. You can break down anyone one of these 3 movement patterns before combining them all.

I still have some work to do to sharpen up my mechanics but it's coming along nicely. Ready to take on the day 🇦🇺

Been working a lot on this left hip of mine. Putting the glutes and the functional back line under a load as I reach down and across my body. Then putting my hip flexors and front line under load as I reach up and back.
This is an exercise I use after I have done the mobile or manual work on my hip to give the proprioceptors some direction.
Start small with this, it's not about the end picture but more how do you get there. Can you be in control, smooth and fluid, without compromising your mechanics.
Have a question about your movement, sport, or training, just ask

2 weeks after a broken 4th toe. Giving some force to put into her foot and ankle complex.
The first 2 reaches looked clean then we got a little messy. Which means we were getting a little past her threshold. We should slow the speed of this movement down and shorten her reach.
She looks very clean throughout the hips and T-Spine, coming along nicely 2 weeks post kicking a tree stump 🤦🏼‍♀️

Is this a leg, core, or upper body exercise?
Fun little play session with the
Feels so good to move freely. The Vipr is a great tool to play with in 3 planes of motion.
Any takers!?

Kettle Bell Crossover Lunge. Great exercise to get a full eccentric load on the glutes. Notice how the hips stay squared forward and the chest is up at all times. Drive through the heel and keep weight in the lead foot. Find some rhythm and feel the burn.
