Teaching Massage, Esthetician, Yoga, & Tattoo certifications, approved by Fl Dept of Education.
Our objective is to prepare our students to pass the MBLEX and to receive a massage therapy license through the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. Students will leave this school with the knowledge and hands-on functional skills for an entry-level position while demonstrating professional standards and ethics in the therapeutic setting. Furthermore, by adding in yoga to the curriculum, our students will have learned sustainable healing practices that will elongate their careers and support their well-being.

Ever wonder why your shoulders stay tight even on days you didn’t do much?
Here’s the science behind it
Your upper traps (those muscles at the top of your shoulders) are directly connected to your stress response. When you’re overwhelmed, rushing, thinking too hard, or dealing with emotional tension, your body lifts your shoulders without you noticing.
It’s an unconscious protective pattern — your body’s way of bracing.
Massage helps because:
✨ Slow pressure resets the neuromuscular patterns
✨ Heat + movement increase blood flow to the upper traps
✨ Trigger point release calms the reflex that keeps lifting your shoulders
✨ Breathwork during massage signals to your body “you’re safe”
Our students practice shoulder, neck, and upper back work constantly because it’s one of the most common patterns clients struggle with — and one of the most rewarding to treat.
Which do you feel more — neck tension or shoulder tension?👇

Winter isn’t just colder — it changes how your whole body functions.
Your circulation slows. Your lymphatic system works harder.
your immune system needs more support. And that’s where massage comes in. ✨
Massage during the winter months can help:
• boost circulation so your hands + feet stop feeling icy
• support lymphatic flow to help your body detox naturally
• strengthen immune resilience
• increase warmth + full-body relaxation
• reduce that “winter sluggish” feeling
It’s like giving your whole system a seasonal tune-up — gentle, grounding, and incredibly restorative.
Our massage students are deep in hands-on practice right now, learning how touch can help the body transition into winter with ease instead of overwhelm.
What’s ONE thing your body has been asking for more of lately — rest, hydration, movement, or warmth? Tell us below. ❄️

Today, we’re giving thanks for the heart of our massage therapy program —
our students, our clients, and the community that continues to believe in the power of intentional touch and healing.
Massage therapy is more than technique.
It’s presence.
It’s care.
It’s offering someone a moment of ease in a world that rarely slows down.
We are grateful for every student who shows up open, curious, and committed to learning this craft with compassion.
For every client who trusts our students with their healing.
And for a community that values wellness, rest, and restoration.
From our Inspirit family to yours —
Happy Thanksgiving. May today bring softness, warmth, and deep breaths.
Tell us one thing your body is thankful for today. 🧡👇

Cozy Season = Self-Care Season 🧣✨
Cozy season is here — warm socks, soft blankets, hot drinks… and the perfect time to check in with your body.
This time of year naturally pulls us inward. We slow down, soften our pace, and crave more comfort.
Massage pairs beautifully with this season because it gives your nervous system exactly what it wants:
warmth, pressure, grounding, release.
Our students have been practicing techniques that support relaxation, boost circulation, and help you feel more at home in your body — especially during the colder, darker months.
If you’ve been craving rest, this is your reminder that it’s okay to lean into it.
When you think of “cozy,” what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Tell us below. ✨👇

Lymphatic drainage.
Lymphatic drainage has become THE wellness trend of 2025 — and for a good reason.✨
It’s not just a “beauty treatment.”
It’s a gentle, intentional massage technique that helps your body do what it’s already designed to do:
detox, de-puff, and flow.
Here’s why people swear by it:
• reduces bloating
• boosts circulation
• supports detox pathways
• improves immune function
• decreases inflammation
• helps with post-surgery swelling
• calms the nervous system
• gives that sculpted, “snatched” look
If your body feels heavy, puffy, or sluggish your lymphatic system might just need a little support. 🫶
Have you ever tried lymphatic drainage?

At Inspirit Massage School, we deeply respect your body and your choices. Every session, we teach our students to honor client autonomy — meaning you always have a voice in your massage experience.
From deciding how much pressure feels right, to choosing which areas to focus on (or skip), we believe in clear communication, respect, and consent. It’s not just about relaxation — it’s about trust, safety, and partnership. 💛
If you’ve ever felt hesitant to speak up about what you really want in a massage you’re not alone. We train our therapists to listen, ask, and adapt. Because when you feel heard, you heal deeper.

Be of Service to the World around you, offer Peace & Healing.
Our Mission is to provide excellence in education which inspires and supports students along a pathway to a purposeful and successful career as licensed massage therapist & certified yoga instructors.
We are committed to empowering each student to develop their own unique, creative healing potential. Class size is small, facilitating individual attention and close group connection. This encourages deep comprehension and application in students by supporting personal growth, self-awareness, active learning, and responsibility.
Most Importantly our Instructors LOVE TO TEACH!
The school’s primary objective is to prepare students for the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEX) and employment as a licensed massage therapist. The goal of our highly qualified faculty and staff is to provide a supportive learning environment where the standards of massage therapy are upheld to its highest state. We will emphasize self-care and well-being as a prerequisite for caring for and serving others in addition to maintaining a long and healthy career.
Upon graduation, our students will be able to:
Understand and demonstrate knowledge in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology in the human body and how to apply this information to the practice of massage therapy.
Exhibit critical thinking skills in assessment, massage sequencing, and various massage modalities to perform effective and individuated treatments in a variety of environments.
Demonstrate active listening and communication skills, with the desire to educate on the benefits of massage therapy.
Make self-care a priority through meditation, seated stretch, breath work, yoga, nutrition, and exercise.
Adhere to professional and ethical standards through the knowledge of laws and statues pertaining to massage therapy as well as solid business practices.
Since this is an affordable massage school our students leave debt free! That means no accumulated interest or student loans to deal with. We create custom payment plans to meet your budget. For more info visit our Admissions & Tuition Page.
