Tried this Mediterranean Ground Beef Stir Fry for dinner and it was full of fresh flavors! Juicy beef, colorful veggies, and that feta on top so simple, so good. Great for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Juice of ½ lemon
