Using wall ropes and slings, this class builds strength, length, and deep alignment through the Iyengar tradition of Yoga Kurunta (“yoga puppet”). Expect traction for the spine, improved posture, and a completely new perspective on familiar shapes.

In this level, we move into more confident exploration of inversions—creating space in the body while safely decompressing the spine.

Prerequisite: a consistent yoga practice and prior experience with Ropes + Slings. You should feel comfortable being inverted.

Held in Love 🫶🏼 is a two-hour yin and restorative workshop created in honor of Mother’s Day and the many mothers and nurturing forces that shape our lives. Mothers are so often asked to carry so much for others, often without enough space to rest themselves. With deep respect for all that mothers carry, this workshop is designed as a space for rest, support, and receiving.

Mother’s Day can be held in many different ways — as celebration, gratitude, tenderness, grief, or simply a quiet need to pause 🤍 Through long-held yin poses and deeply supported restorative postures, we’ll invite steadiness, spaciousness, and ease. Like the quiet rhythm of waves along the shore, this practice welcomes whatever the day may bring, inviting reflection, love, and rest.

Many yogic texts share that yoga begins at the navel. It is the center from which we derive our sense of self and from there all movement initiates. It is also an important source of vitality and health in the body. This workshop by will explore the physical, emotional, and subtle realms of the navel, which will include practicing uddiyana bandha, kundalini kriya, breath work, asana and meditation.

🗓️ Saturday, April 25 | 2-4 pm | $40

In this 2 hour workshop you will learn and practice each bandha (Mula Bandha, Uddyjana, and Jalandhara Bandha). You will also learn how to apply bandhas in asana to create a more patient and supported practice.

A profound experience of conscious connected breathing that will inspire breath awareness and a healthier breath pattern. The practice can bring greater personal perspective 🪞

🗓️ Friday, April 24 | 6-8 pm | $40

🌬️ The word spirit comes from the Latin “spiritus” meaning “breath” and also “spirit, soul, courage, vigor.” Participants will be introduced to the concept of using the breath as a tool to move energy through the body. Then we will practice the technique as a group.

✨ Using this breath pattern can:
• Move prana (energy) in the body
• Increase oxygen levels in the body
• Release habitual patterns of holding
• Reduce stress levels / clear the mind
• Improve the quality of sleep
• Experience a profound sense of peaceful relaxation

Ken Fishman and Wayne Lapinski are experienced breathwork facilitators, 2014 graduates of the Power of Breath Institute, based on the teachings of Judith Kravitz of Transformational Breath.

Each summer, we gather in Orleans for something special; two days of practice, study, and deep listening with Tias and Surya Little.

The Prajna Yoga immersion is an invitation to slow down 🌊 to feel more, notice more, and refine the layers of your subtle practice. Through asana, breath, and somatic inquiry, you’ll explore not just how you move, but how you inhabit your body.
