Now waitlist only… and yes, waitlists really DO move!

Practice yoga postures using the resistance and assistance of the wall ropes and slings to invite length, strength, traction and profound alignment awareness.
Derived from the Iyengar Yoga tradition, working with the wall ropes is called Yoga Kurunta, which translates to ‘yoga puppet’. Benefits include improved posture and back/spine health, and a fresh new perspective!

Ropes + Slings 2 introduces confident exploration of inverted postures to create space and release pressure along the spine, and includes working with slings hung from the ceiling.

*A regular yoga practice and familiarity with Ropes + Slings yoga is assumed, please be comfortable going upside down.

If you’re feeling curious (or brave!) join the wait list!

✨ Understanding Your Breath ✨
An Introductory Breathwork Series
Begins Friday, Feb 6

Your breath is a quiet doorway; always available, often overlooked. In this 3-week series, we’ll explore breath as a tool for release, awareness, and gentle transformation.

Through simple, accessible practices, you’ll learn how breath can soften stress, unwind old holding patterns, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of presence. No experience needed… just curiosity and a willingness to breathe.

Guided by Therapeutic Breathwork facilitators Ken Fishman and Wayne Lapinski.

🌀 Fridays | Feb 6, 13 & 20

Saturday! 🩷 Join for an immersive 2-hour workshop designed to attune the energetic and physical body - allowing accessing deeper nourishment within.

We’ll begin with a restorative yoga practice to soften the body, deepen the breath, and ground the nervous system. As you rest within the poses, hands-on and collective reiki will be offered to encourage balance and renewal.

A full body scan will follow, drawing you into a state of calm presence and inner replenishment. We will complete the practice with an extended savasana. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.

A little (or a lot!) of snow is in the forecast later this weekend, which means now is the perfect time to soak up warmth, connection, and community at the studio ❄️🤍

✨ TONIGHT: Kirtan with Ken and Wayne — an evening of chanting, vibration, and shared sound. No performing, no pressure… just voices coming together to ground the nervous system and warm you from the inside out.

📖 TOMORROW: Sutra Study Immersion with — an afternoon of yoga philosophy woven with movement, breath, and meditation, exploring the deeper roots of yoga beyond postures.

Before the snow flies, come gather, glow, and warm up together. There’s truly no better place to be 🔥🕯️

01/22/2026

It’s going to be freezing this Saturday ❄️ which makes it the perfect afternoon to tuck in somewhere warm, cozy, and nourishing. ✨

Did you know the yoga postures we practice are just one limb of yoga’s eight-limbed path? Join for a gentle, grounding afternoon exploring the deeper wisdom of yoga through philosophy and embodied practice. Expect a blend of dynamic movement, discussion, restorative rest, breathwork, and meditation — all held with care and curiosity.

Rooted in the ancient teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, this immersion offers a welcoming introduction to yoga beyond the mat, honoring its rich origins while making it deeply relevant to modern life. Together we’ll explore where yoga comes from, what the Eight Limbs really mean, and how these timeless teachings can support your practice and your everyday life.

Come in from the cold, settle onto your mat, and spend a cozy afternoon learning, moving, and reconnecting. 🤍🕯️

Please help us warmly welcome to the Orleans Yoga teaching team! 👏🏼

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Bevin returned home after several years working in New York City. Yoga became the practice that allowed her to come back to herself, offering space to reconnect, listen, and begin again. She completed her foundational training at Kripalu and is currently continuing her studies with Yoga Medicine toward her 500-hour certification.

Her teaching is playful and introspective, blending yin, alignment-informed movement, breath awareness, and mindful presence. Through the supportive community at Orleans Yoga, Bevin found a deeper connection to the practice and a desire to share it with others. Her intention is to create an inclusive and inviting space where students can keep showing up for themselves on the mat and carry that care out into the world.

✨ Bevin’s first class is Yin, TONIGHT (and every Tuesday) at 5:45-7:00. We’d love for you to join us on the mat and experience her teaching.

Come as you are. Stay as you figure out who you’re becoming.
