Comment "HABITS" if you are needing guidance
I am excited to kick off this Meter Habit challenge. The goal will be to hit 100,000 meters in 100 days, We will be kicking this off February 1st, which means you have until May 12th to get you cards completed.
We want everyone to create a habit to stay moving. Simple HABITS create long lasting routines. We don't have to be perfect.
Yes, this sounds like a lot, but it's 5 minutes extra on a rower or 1500 more steps extra of walking a day; that's it.
Your Home work; YES, homework, is to find 1 friend or family member to do it with you. This a small Habit that can make big gains for you and anyone joining.
P.S....Set one goal for the next 3 months; not just lose weight. Make it a strength, discipline, or habit goal.
