Opis Coquina Center is a skilled nursing center located in the heart of Ormond Beach, Florida offering short-term rehabilitation and transitional care, long-term care, palliative care, and respite care. With our Mission statement as the core foundation, we are committed to providing the highest standards of care for all those we serve. Our SigmaLink in-house rehabilitation services offer personali

zed physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to meet our customer’s needs. Recreational activities designed for mental physical stimulation are available seven days a week to stimulate our customers, enriching their lives to full potential. Our showers are complete with granite countertops and oversized showering areas featuring beautiful amenities providing a warm comfortable spa shower experience. Our fine dining program for residing customers features options – a breakfast bar with made-to-order omelets, waffles, and fresh fruits. Our new in-house TV channel provides information on daily activities, center highlights, and daily menu choices, along with upcoming events, all within the comfort of our customers' rooms. Opis Coquina Center has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Nursing Care Center Accreditation by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards and is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing safe and effective patient and resident care, received the 2020 NRC Health Employee Approved Award presented to organizations that have a high percentage of respondents willing to recommend their locations as places to work. This measure is known as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), and it strongly correlates with employee engagement, organizational loyalty, and job satisfaction, and awarded the 2018 Bronze - Commitment to Quality Award presented by The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
