๐ฃ What is it?
Touching the Earth with bare feet.
๐ฃ Why?
Our Earth provides us with food and water. It's also a place to sit, stand, walk, run, swim, climb, play, and build. It also contains an endless supply of electrons which means when you walk bare foot, they flow into you as static electricity dissipates downward. Your body, literally, synchronizes with the frequencies of Earth.
๐ฃ Why are we disconnected?
We no longer sleep on the ground or walk barefoot {everywhere we go}, as our ancestors did. We wear shoes and lives in houses that shelter us from the elements. We scroll, endlessly. We sit indoors glued to electronics. There is nothing wrong with modern conveniences, of course, however they have presented us with a disconnect from the Earth.
๐ฃ What is a solution?
Go outside and put your bare feet on the Earth!!! A minimum of 30 minutes daily is optimal. However, even 5-10 minutes per day is a great start.

๐ชจ Rock / Gravel {that's touching the Earth}
