Bob and Betty from Ontario, Canada have been married for more than sixty years. When Betty was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, her memories of their life together began to fade. To help her remember, Bob printed their wedding photo on his apron and wears it every day while cooking for her. The simple gesture brings a smile to her face and sometimes even brings back memories of their wedding day. Their story has touched hearts around the world, showing what true love looks like, patient, kind, and unshaken even in the face of loss.

Thank you to all you gracious and generous ladies in the hood who donated beautiful dresses for the residents at Ormond Manor! I was blown away with all of the gorgeous dresses, and I will be sharing photos of ladies wearing your dresses for our New Year’s Eve party this year!
