To out Blacksheep family,
Our emr system has turned off notifications for a random number of our patients. We have not found a way to track who those "lucky" people are but once notified we can fix it. If you did not get a notification for an upcoming appointment please let us know. If you get a bill for a missed appointment and your motivation was turned off also let us know so we can correct that. You should not be held responsible for the acts of our AI overlords.

Our Ormond Beach location is have technical difficulties with our phone system. We are unable to receive or make calls at this time. Please be patient as we try and get this issue resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Black Sheep Medical will be reopening tomorrow Friday morning @ 8:00AM we are unsure on the amount of providers and staff we will have but will try our best to accommodate everyone we can. Please be patient!!!! Continue to stay safe!!!

Due to hurricane Milton, the office will be closing tomorrow Tuesday 10/8/2024 @3 PM. We plan on reopening Friday morning at 8 AM. However, that may change based on the amount of damage/flooding/power. Please do not reply to this message. Thank you everyone stay safe!!!!

We will put out a office schedule for this week later today to have the best account of the storm track. If you need any medications refilled please call your providers MA or message us here. We won't leave today until all refills are handled. Please be safe and watch out for your neighbors.

update. we will close early on Tuesday to allow our people to be prepared. We will be closed Wednesday and Thursday. We will likely be open Friday depending on the status of flooding, bridges, and power.
