They say you will never work a day in your life if you love what you do 🤍 I took a leap of faith and opened Wellness of Central Florida 2 years ago and not one day have I thought of what I do as work. I am so very appreciative for my family and friends that have supported me on this journey. I am also thankful for each and every patient that has trusted me with their health and well-being. Sarah came to the practice to get on the right path towards a healthier body. After analyzing her body composition, we came up with a plan. She followed the recommendations, made a few changes, and the rest is history. Her dedication to her weight loss has paid off. She has lost nearly 70 pounds over the past year!! She looks and feels amazing! I am so proud of her and thankful for trusting us to assist in her health goals. Healthy living is not a sprint, it is a long-term race.
