Your birth experience matters. Your grief matters. And you deserve a space where both are held 💙

PSI's Birth & Medical Trauma Loss Group is a free, virtual peer support group for birthing persons who are carrying the weight of two realities at once: the pain of a traumatic birth and the grief of losing their baby.

You may be reliving moments you can't stop thinking about. Feeling unheard. Unsupported. Out of control. And on top of all of that, living without your child.

This group won't ask you to be okay. It will help you understand the effects of trauma, explore your emotions, and find coping strategies alongside others who truly get it, led by trained peer facilitators who show up for you every step of the way.

💙 Always free. Always virtual. Always confidential.
