Full moon frequencies threw us some challenges, the ocean tide was in full effect, and literally tried to wash us out to sea several times! 😂

Everyone was a trooper and we made it work. 🥰
hypnosis thank you for always being calm under pressure and leading the group into a blissful state while the ocean tried to carry us away. 🙏

Full Moon Meditation: Guided by Matthew, a certified clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapist. This meditation is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and intentionally create space for new beginnings.

Sound Bath: Created by Amber, immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other vibrational instruments. The sound waves will facilitate deep relaxation, release tension, and promote healing on multiple levels.

Beach Setting: The natural beauty and tranquility of Ormond Beach will provide the perfect backdrop for this meditative and healing journey.
