✔ Replaced 18 ft of 1/2" plywood soffit

Hello neighbors,

Take a look at the before and after photos from this project on a classic 1950s beach house right here in beautiful Flagler Beach. Over the past few months, I’ve completed a wide range of tasks on this home, including:
• Carpentry repairs
• Installing underground water drainage
• Fence work
• Screen door installation
• Full exterior prep and painting
• Painting outdoor chairs
• Painting the front and side decks
• Installing a new crawl space door
• Crawling under the home to run a new cable line
• Replacing the fence latch
• Updating hardware on the screen door

As you can see, I’m capable of tackling many different home projects—big or small—and I’m not afraid to get dirty, even if it means crawling under your house!

It’s been a pleasure working with you, Boyd. Thank you for your trust and continued support. To my fellow neighbors, if you ever need help around the house, I’d love to be the one you call.

Storms don’t have to be hurricanes to cause damage. Here are 5 quick things you can do today to protect your home and avoid repairs later:
1. ✅ Clear gutters and downspouts – standing water = roof damage.
2. ✅ Secure or store patio furniture – flying chairs break screens and windows.
3. ✅ Check for loose fence boards or gate latches – wind will rip them off.
4. ✅ Trim small branches away from your roof or screens.

Scraping and sanding were much needed on the front of this 70-year-old Florida beach house. Being just one street in from the Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway has its perks—but the salty air can be tough on a home’s exterior. I’m taking extra time and precautions to ensure this home looks amazing and stays protected for another 30+ years.

Hello neighbors, new project: comprehensive repainting along with necessary repairs. Follow along as we give this beautiful beach house a face lift. Starting with replacing soffit with 3/4 plywood and replacing the vent. His crawl space door originally had two screws holding it in place. I replaced the 1/2 plywood with a 3/4 board. 🏠🎨🔨💪
