We live in a world where it’s almost impossible to naturally find yourself in an altered state of consciousness. So many tasks, so many distractions.
Because of this our brain is missing out on a very important time to rest, repair and realign.
Attending a sound bath whether it’s in a group setting or a private healing sessions allows your brain and your body that essential space to truly drop in, release the chatter and integrate.
As a mom of 3 special needs kids I am constantly going, whether it’s therapy, school, appointments or running my business and home. And without offering myself that sacred space to integrate and regulate my nervous system, disharmony takes place. I loose my sovereignty, authenticity and center.
