Frontal lobe impairment can lead to symptoms such as difficulty with decision-making, changes in behavior, emotional instability, and problems with movement or speech. Other signs may include impulsivity, poor judgment, and challenges in social interactions.

Medicare has again cut our reimbursement by another 2% bringing our overall fee raise to 15.6% since I started practice in 1997. This is our 6th cut with zero increases since 2013, and is an overall 40% reduction in our regular fees. We will most likely be adjusting our non-covered services fee to compensate for this to keep Medicare patients profitable and will take this into consideration in 2026 as to whether or not we continue participation in the Medicare program.

After getting an NPR "scientist" opinion piece on debunking vaccines and autism from a vehemently Pro-Vax patient, I printed out 20+ peer reviewed medical journal articles documenting a possible correlation between vaccine aluminum and thimerosal and autism, and without even looking at them, she got hostile that those were not accurate and they were the wrong scientists and were biased, and that it all has been debunked. It was a test to see if it was worthy of my time. It was not and I won't put in the effort again. Here is the info for anyone who wants to read them and form your own opinions:

I have to say that I am more than disappointed.The MAHA Movement, instead of decreasing reliance on big pharma for Americans, now has opened a way to sell more drugs to more people at cheaper prices, as well as endorsing Pfizer, the company that created the COVID vaccine, as doing a "great job" during COVID. If that was some "art of the deal," I do not approve. What a sad day for America.

I had a patient years ago, who was a biochemist, who worked for a pharmaceutical company in San Diego. She quit her job because of the way the clinical trials were run. They were so unethical that she couldn't stand to work there anymore. And she said she'd rather be bankrupt and have no income rather than work for such a corrupt industry.
