Dearest Yogis, it seems that our present stint at the plant shop is suspended while some paperwork is straightened out. Apparently, you can’t just do yoga any old place!
We’ll post when there’s an update and when we find a place to hold class in the meantime.

Starting September 1st we’ve got some changes coming your way, Isis will hold her classes monday, friday & saturdays at 9am and Holly (classes still tues, wed & thurs at 9am) is starting up a funky flow class on Wednesday nights at 6pm (no more happy hour Tuesdays)…

Isis has returned from her Pennsylvania adventure! She’ll be back in the plant shop Friday morning- no Saturday class 7/15 and 7/22 while she subs a flow lll at Omland Bangor.

got some summertime schedule changes! hope it isn't too complicated :)

Holly is subbing for Isis on Fridays (June 30, July 7) and Mondays (July 3, July 10). There is no class Saturday July 1 or 8. Holly will be out of town the last two weeks of July, sorry! Italy bound...

Next week there will be no yoga at the plant shop, the good new is that there will be new floors installed! Holly will be teaching all of her classes outside at Webster Park same times, different place.

heads up yoga friends! Holly will have very spotty appearance for two weeks - Tues, April 18 & Wed, April 19 are canceled (visiting UVM) and Morocco adventuring, April 25-27 will be canceled. Apologies!!! Thanks to all for you support :)
