For my LMT’s & Estie Besties who have had/have struggles of all varieties in business.

Let me first say…I think social media in general is a lie. 🤭 We only show the good parts, the perfectly curated newsfeed and very rarely do we ever discuss the difficulties or trials of running a business and if we DO there’s always someone in the background saying “She’s so negative” or “She’s so messy”. 🙄

And unfortunately there’s always someone out there watching you just LIVING for your downfall. 🌿👀👄

If you’re like me you’ve had to repeat classes, move locations, pivot your brand or pivot what you’re practicing totally in general until you figured out what works best for your practice. Being in business is literally like throwing things at the wall and trying to figure out what sticks. 😂

Despite what many might think about MY curated Instagram feed…or my busy practice (it wasn’t always this way and it wasn’t handed to me and I didn’t piggy back off anybody else’s success, I have worked my literal 🍑 off to get here) My journey has been one slammed door to windows super glued and nailed shut to having to crawl through a crawl-space just get through to the other side. 😆

Being in business is not for the fragile but…it’s definitely vulnerable. And messy, shew gurrrl 🫠 let me tell you…a mess.

I just want you to know that yes…absolutely it’s hard sometimes, it’s absolutely scary, sometimes it feels like the fog of whatever you’re in is so thick you feel like you’ll never get to the other side.

Sometimes it’s pinching penny’s, it’s doing without and missing out.

But just know the sun always comes out, no matter how dark, scary or trying times you maybe going through…you will always, always, always come out on the other side of whatever battle you’re fighting. You’ve made it this far. 😉

Keep going, keep showing up and putting yourself out there. Be present and give the best Massages & Facials to your clients. It’ll work out, it always does. 🌞
