Time to feature some of my favorite local massage therapists!

Jessica will be taking appointments in my office: January 14, 15, 28 & 29 (book a session with her to get your January self-care on the books!)

You've all heard that I'm taking a break from massage therapy and I'm planning to post on my page here about all of the amazing massage therapists I love to network with so that you have the opportunity to keep up on your self-care!

Jessica Amazeen-Bornstein at Wandering Sole Massage LLC operates from offices in Dexter, Dover-Foxcroft, and now she's borrowing my office in Brewer!

She will be here for 4 days! Book a session with her before they fill up! January 14, 15, 28 & 29.

I describe sessions with Jessica as Intuitive, therapeutic, and massively productive.

She is excellent at deep tissue, with a focus on increasing your range of motion. She also has wonderful relaxation techniques, and is a trained reflexologist.
