Hello, everyone!

I’ve been working as a LMT in Bangor, Maine for just about two years. For those of you that don’t already know me, my name is Riley Trebing. I’ve always lived a very active lifestyle and believe strongly in maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit. Along with massage therapy I also teach fitness classes at the Old Town Orono YMCA, and soon I will be starting my Yoga Teacher Training. I enjoy being outdoors and spending my time hiking, kayaking, running or walking and playing with my dog, Mumford. I decided to become a massage therapist because I wanted to use my knowledge and passion for health & wellness to help others. I believe that anyone can benefit from a massage. Whether it’s a relaxation massage to ease tension and stress, or a therapeutic massage to relieve chronic pain. Life gets busy, so it’s important to set aside some time for yourself and “pause”, even if it’s just for a moment.
