Schedule Update 🌿

Starting March 1st, I’m adjusting my schedule to better serve those of you working traditional 9–5 hours 🤍

Wednesdays will now be an additional day off for me, and I’ll be extending evening availability Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Thank you for continuing to trust me with your care. I’m always looking for ways to make self-care more accessible for our community 🌿

Did you know that both Meraki Massage Room and Greenlight Massage offer prenatal massage?

I stay pretty booked out, but the good news is Greenlight Massage is currently accepting new clients, including prenatal 🤍

I want to gently address something that sometimes comes up:
It is absolutely okay to receive prenatal massage from a male massage therapist.

💚 Robert is trained, respectful, and experienced in prenatal work
💚 He works alongside two female massage therapists, creating a calm, comfortable, and collaborative space

2026!! How did we get here so fast?!

Do you ever just scroll your own Instagram/Facebook account? Lol maybe that's just me, idk.

The last few years have been full of growth, challenges, big decisions, new spaces, new faces, new chapters.
There were moments of uncertainty, moments of courage, and a lot of learning along the way.

What hasn’t changed is the heart behind everything I do.
The love for this work.
