Dr. Sumner has been providing gentle, high-quality dental care since 1998 and is a board-certified oral sedation dentist.

Dr. Stutznegger earned his DDS from UCLA and has served Oroville since 1978. He merged his practice with Oroville Gentle Dentistry in 2013, drawn by the practice’s commitment to quality care.

Dr. Dheri earned her bachelor’s degree in Genetics from UC Davis and her DDS from NYU. She brings experience in both clinical and front-office dentistry, giving her a unique understanding of patient care and team dynamics.

Dr. Parrott earned his dental degree from Creighton University and founded Oroville Gentle Dentistry with a mission to positively impact lives through exceptional dental care. He continues advanced training and mentors under leaders in restorative dentistry.
