Yesterday a sweet friend held space for me while I allowed myself to feel something deep, something that was ready to be held and loved.

Ready to be seen, felt and fully processed.

I met a part of myself that disassociated at a very young age because the fear and emotion was just too much for my little body to handle.

This was something I couldn’t do alone. I needed a loving presence there to hold it with me.

After a beautiful, intense release I felt calm in that spot- the spot that was so tight, tense and aching.

My entire body felt free and quiet.

The wind was blowing and the sun was shining so I went outside and walked, breathing, smelling, feeling and soaking in the sights of nature.

I came across this egg and smiled.

The energy and medicine of new beginnings, new life, creation and blessings.

Thank you, God.
Thank you, Mother Earth.
Thank you, Katie.

There are beliefs that we create in our own mind and heart as we navigate the world and there are beliefs we take on from others, even in the womb.

Yes, the womb.

Beliefs can be passed down from ancestors, living in our DNA.

We can also carry beliefs from other lifetimes/soul experiences.

No matter where they come from, we must question their validity and restore truth.
