What's your favorite part of recovery? That's the question we are asking everyone!

When we asked him what his favorite part of recovery is, he had this to say!

"Because of my recovery, the impossible became possible for me. I never thought I could be reliable, trustworthy, or someone that others could look up to. I never thought I could have a wife, kids, and purpose for my life. All of this came true in my life when I found Jesus, and he healed me of my addiction."

This is Micah. We recently asked him what his favorite part of recovery is. He said, "It's hard to narrow it down to just one thing, but I'd have to say my favorite part of recovery is the restoration of my relationship with my family and also helping other men break free from addiction."

Micah graduated from our program back in June of 2022. Since then, Micah has become a house leader, giving back to the program that helped save his life and showing the way to our new clients. He has become a valuable member of our team, and we are excited to see where his journey takes him!

Dan's Story of Restoration:
"I was trapped in the grip of he**in addiction for years. It cost me everything-my marriage, my family, and my dignity. I was lost, spiraling further down with no way out.

But Life Recovery Ministries gave me a lifeline. Through this recovery program, I found more than just sobriety. I regained vision for my life. They didn't just help me kick the addiction; they showed me who I was meant to be and how to rebuild the relationships I had destroyed.

Now, five years clean, I can honestly say my family is stronger than ever. We've found healing, trust, and love again. I'm living the life I never thought was possible, and I'm grateful every day for the second chance I've been given."
