Here's the truth...
When I first moved to Oroville to be part of The Father's House, I wrestled with the thought that focusing on my own healing meant putting my kids second. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.
My healing isn’t just about me, it breaks cycles of trauma and brings transformation that will ripple through generations.
Here, through the School of Transformation and Life Recovery Ministries, my family found deep, lasting healing. This place is designed to restore not just individuals, but whole families.
For me it took an incredible pastor like Cathy Harris who looked me in the eyes and asked, “Would you go to the ends of the earth for your boys, for the chance of healing and wholeness?” to help me see what was possible.
I’m so thankful for the pastors in my life who sat with me through my hardest season and weren't afraid to ask me the hard questions. Kate Daniels Smith, Patricia Bootsma, Charmaine Hicks.
I'm so grateful for my pastors now for where we are today as a family- breaking cycles and walking in freedom Steve Orsillo & Vicki LaSorella Orsillo.
So I’ll ask you what was once asked of me:
If you can’t see the need to heal for yourself…Would you do it for the ones who will live after you?
