It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here! Stop by or drive by to enjoy the lights! They are even prettier with all this snow 😉🎄⛄️

And, put their window lights up right after I filmed this - so enjoy their lights too! Oh, and let’s give a shout out to our new neighbor directly behind these beautiful trees, - grab a warm drink as early as 6am from them and enjoy these lights with a warm brew early in the day. Or, come at night to catch the beauty.

Has the good ole fall season caused you some dilemmas?

Are you feeling imbalanced, groggy, having sinus issues, tired, stiff, sore, or have itchy eyes and/or ears? If you've answered "yes" to any of these, we can help!

Each season we recommend that a person has their ears candled. With each season change our bodies do a natural "cleansing" as they prepare; ready-ing for the next season. That being said, it can be hard for our bodies to keep up with the cleansing/detoxification process. So what are some SIMPLE ways to help our body with this process that are EASY?

1) Ear Candling: Ear Candling takes 45 minutes to candle both ears. Some of the benefits are: no more itchy ears, less sinus congestion, reduces ringing in the ears, and improves hearing. Ladies and gentlemen, does your spouse constantly say, "What did you say? I can't hear you!"? If so, it's time for some Ear Candling!

Our ears regularly make wax so it's good to get our ears candled, to get the wax out. How often should we have it done? Once a season is ideal.

2) Massage: Massage Therapy is a great way to relax, rejuvenate, and refresh both you and your body. You work hard and your body does too. Receiving a healing massage has numerous benefits. As we prepare for the next season it's important to help our bodies prepare by setting the tone for getting off to the right start!

Summer is well gone and the fall season is well underway. And winter? Well, it will all too soon be approaching, so it's time we take some time for ourselves. Give your body break and set up an appointment for some Ear Candling, a Therapeutic Massage, or BOTH! Take some time for you and your body to rejuvenate and heal. You'll be glad you did!
