Feeling grateful for the crew of staff I have today. To those who helped today last minute, those who took calls so early on a weekend even if it didn’t work for them to help, those that changed things in their day to help out other staff, all of the staff covering so many extra shifts because we are short, those that go the extra mile for everyone in our houses…. I could go on and on but I am just so grateful for every single one of them. Without all of the amazing staff with DHI right now, the world we work in wouldn’t go round. I know it’s been weeks and months of exhaustion… but if you know any of them or see any of them today, give them a smile and tell them they’re awesome, because it’s been tough lately... ❤️
