February 8–14 is Cardiac Rehabilitation Week! The Cardiac Rehab program at OAHS is designed to help participants feel and function at their best. OAHS staff work directly with each individual to create a program that strengthens the heart and helps prevent future cardiac issues. If your doctor recommends cardiac rehab for you, it can be an important step toward lifelong heart health.
