Pride month is almost over, and for most of the month I was unwell, and not able to give it the attention it deserves. I want to take a moment to say Happy Pride! We are living in a very different America right now where many rights are being stripped, and others are in danger of being taken away. Please don’t let it beat you down into silence. I was discharged from the hospital last night after spending the weekend there. I’m still not 100%, but well on my way. I will have to cancel some appointments this week. I’ll reschedule if I’m able. Please be patient as I continue to go through my doctor ordered at-home protocol while working through scheduling issues as soon as I’m feeling up to it. I’m very sorry, and grateful for all of your continued support.❤️

Spring is a season of renewal, growth and new beginnings. As the earth awakens from the stillness of winter, life bursts forth in vibrant colors-flowers bloom, trees bud, and animals welcome their young into the world. This season mirrors the essence of birth. Spring reminds us of the beauty of creation and the endless cycle of life, inspiring hope, energy and new possibilities.

It’s no wonder that I’m thinking of birth and fresh starts at this time of the year. Mother Nature makes the creation of life seem so easy and effortless, but it’s not that easy for everyone.
