The Winter Solstice is soon upon us: time to celebrate the longest night of the year and the rebirth of the sun. It is a time of hope, symbolizing the return of light and the promise of new life. Traditions include lighting candles and fires to welcome the sun’s return, as well as gift-giving and feasting to celebrate the turning of the seasons.

Goodness! I haven't posted in awhile! As most of you know, I'm not much of a winter person!

First, I want to thank everyone who took advantage of Andrea's free yoga class on Saturday! Hopefully Andrea will offer more free classes in the future! Join in chair yoga tomorrow at 10:00 am! It's always a good time!! And, of course, Gentle Somatic Flow Yoga continues on Saturday 10:00 am!
