Learning speech tactics and applying them to everyday experiences really helped them advance, especially since they are both very independent. 💔 We’re Still Serving — But We Need Your Voice 💔

For over 15 years, Happy Hearts LLC has proudly supported infants and toddlers — serving the birth to 3 population through early intervention and family-centered care.

Even now, during the ongoing Pennsylvania state budget shutdown, which has been going on for over 100 days (since July 1st), our team continues to show up every day for the children and families who depend on us most. ❤️

But without state funding, programs like ours are under serious strain. We’re doing everything we can to keep services going — because these little ones can’t wait.

Now we need your help.
📞 Please contact your Pennsylvania state senators and representatives and urge them to pass the budget. Every day of delay impacts real children, real families, and dedicated providers across our state.

Together, we can keep Pennsylvania’s youngest hearts growing strong. 💕

These engaging and inclusive events are perfect for families with young children, offering a fun and enriching experience for all ages and abilities.
