My brother once told me, that if you never go down the aisles of a grocery store, you will avoid the processed foods. Stay on the outside edge of the grocery store and you will only eat real foods. Meat, dairy, vegetables and fruit are on the outer edge of a grocery store. The aisles are filled with processed poison. ✔️✔️
