Major changes!📣 A lot has happened in the past 11 months. Besides the physical changes I’ve under gone I’ve also gone through many emotional ones. (Deep breath) I finally decided to close my salon✅. After almost 13 years in this industry, I’m moving on. I may not completely leave the hair art world behind but I definitely won’t be involved in it in the same capacity that I once was. I’ve had the great and challenging opportunity for a sudden and drastic career change (more on that later) and I just feel like when God opens a door, you should probably walk through it. My husband and I have had some very successful business ventures that have allowed us so much more time with our families and each other while still managing to engage in the careers that we love. It was during this beautiful hiatus and reflection time that I realized, it’s time for me to move forward. I am thankful for all of the things I learned in the hair art industry while simultaneously being honored to have influenced it in many ways! I will miss all of my hair besties, but I will be watching from the balcony and cheering you on always🙌🏾❤️🔥
