Training for Life is BACK let's shape up our lives in 2026 together.
I'm in the process of coming up with some really good recovery routines.
I've struggled with excessive use of my mid back and shoulders from lifestyle.
Because I wasn't training the back the way I did as a trainer and that created some weakness when I ride or do something repetitive like paddle boarding or driving.
So I'm in the process of rebuilding and stretching those muscles that struggle to maintain pain free usage.
As a therapist now I'm able to treat that area physically for better recovery. That's what is coming soon with specific content on helping everyone live with less pain as we age.
