Meet Kim, one of our amazing CNA's/CMA's that has been with us for 3 years. She was inspired to work in this field by growing up with both that were CNAs and discovering a passion for caring for others and making a real difference in their lives. Her favorite part of her job is connecting with residents, listening to their stories, and helping them feel good about themselves. 😊

🇺🇸 Veterans Day Appreciation 🇺🇸

Yesterday we celebrated our Veterans! 💙 Some lovely ladies came by to read a touching poem and brought cupcakes and a special gift for our veterans.

We also enjoyed our Veterans Day supper with a few guests — and even had a beautiful cake donated to mark the occasion!

We had a spooktacular Friday welcoming all the little trick-or-treaters to Osage Health Care Center! 🕸️🍬 The smiles, costumes, and laughter made our halls come alive with Halloween spirit.
