Evergreen Guest Suite Rental Policy

What –
This is a one-bedroom apartment (205) located on the second floor of our Evergreen Independent Living Apartment complex. The second floor can be accessed by stairs and by elevator. There are 2 twin beds, 2 love seats and an electric recliner along with a TV and a small dining table. Limited dining utensils and paper products are provided. Sheets, pillows, and towels are provided.

How to Rent –
Call the Evergreen office at 641-732-3300 and leave a message. Include your name, your phone number, check-in date, check-out date and who your campus senior is. We will call you back to verify if the apartment is available during your requested date range.

Your reservation is NOT complete unless you receive a call back from our Evergreen staff.

The Evergreen office is staffed Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is no one in the office on weekends or holidays.

Please do not make your reservation more than 2 months in advance.

Cost-
Nightly charge is $75. Checks should be made out to Faith Lutheran Home. In the memo line write Guest Rental. Checks are due in the Evergreen office on the day of arrival.

Check-in time is 1 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
Keys can be picked up (and dropped off) at the Evergreen office or other arrangements can be made to have the keys left with your campus senior.

The Charge Nurse is responsible to oversee and administer healthcare services to our Seniors. The Charge Nurse supervises the nurse aides, is a point of contact for families and works directly with local physicians, pharmacists and other specialists. The applicant must have good communication skills, be organized and relate well to Seniors. We are looking for "smile facilitators" to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our elderly residents.

Full Time or Part Time hours available. 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Shift differentials are provided.

Faith Home is a 50-bed nursing home and part of the Faith Lutheran Home campus CCRC. We are a faith-based nonprofit that just celebrated our 59th year of service.
