Good afternoon, Minnesota massage family! 🤍

I just wanted to reach out since I’ve been a little MIA over the past couple of months. Between the busy holidays and stepping back from some of the negativity that social media can bring, I needed a short reset. I’m happy to say I’m back and better than ever!

First of all, I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas celebrating with your families and honoring the birth of our one and only mighty Jesus.

Thank you all for an amazing 2025. Your continued support, patience, and understanding—especially during my location change—truly mean the world to me. I am so excited to see what 2026 has in store for all of us!

This year, my personal goals are focused on health, relationships, mental well-being, family, work, finances, friendships—and yes, getting monthly massages for myself too!
