As of now, the 4th of July fireworks are still ON! 🎆
We’re keeping a close eye on the radar, and it looks like there will be a break in the weather right around showtime!

We’ll post here if anything changes — so stay tuned for updates.

Join Us for the Osakis Fire Department’s 4th of July Fireworks Show!

We’re excited to light up the sky with a bright and colorful display this Independence Day! Bring your friends, family, and patriotic spirit for a fun night.

If you’re watching from the Osakis Country Club, we highly recommend bringing lawn chairs - with all the rain lately, the ground is pretty soggy for blankets!

Effective as of today 02/25/25, Minnesota DNR is requiring burning permits between the hours of 5:00pm to 8:00am. Unless you have 3 continuous inches of snow, then permit is not required.

During this Christmas season the Police Department would like to acknowledge the Osakis Emergency Medical Responders and the Osakis Fire Department for their amazing dedication to training and awesome response times.
Also, if you live near a Hydrant please make an effort to keep it clear.
