The best and simplest way to help prevent colds and flu is proper handwashing.

✔️ Wash your hands often, especially before eating and after being in public
✔️ Use soap and water and scrub for at least 20 seconds
✔️ Don’t forget between fingers, thumbs, and under nails
✔️ Use hand sanitizer when soap and water aren’t available
✔️ Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth

Amanda is a registered nurse who will be working on the floor. Although she was born and raised in Nebraska, she now proudly calls Osborne home.

She has three boys, ages 22, 17, and 11, and a cat named McGregor. When she has time, Amanda enjoys reading, walking, and hiking.
