Fall floral arrangements round two!🌻🌾💐

No need to fear, our Halloween photo album is finally here!

This Halloween we were able to brew up one of our greatest themes yet! We successfully turned Eagle Ridge Senior Living into a W***y Wonka Chocolate Factory replica, and it was better than we could have ever imagined. It was a wonderful theme choice for anyone with a sweet tooth, which not so surprisingly happens to be each and every resident and staff! Residents had a blast searching for golden tickets before entering the “factory,” and were extra excited to receive their very own Wonka bar as a small favor for attending. We were sure to incorporate as much as we could from the original factory which meant golden eggs, lick-able wallpaper, fizzy lifting drinks, chocolate rivers, everlasting gobstoppers, three-course dinner gum, taffy, and sooo much more! Staff fully embraced the theme this year as well and were dressed to the nines as one of the characters from the original film!

Our kitchen staff also pulled off another spooktacular meal for our residents’ Halloween lunch this year! It may appear on the spooky side but is always hands down delicious!

To wrap up the fun filled day, Eagle Ridge residents invited the community to trick-or-treat at our facility. This tradition never disappoints, as many of our local families and their kiddos come in with their top-notch costumes and amazing Halloween spirit!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special for our residents, and everyone who came to visit us on Halloween night!!

We would like to take the time to highlight one of our favorite programs from our Halloween festivities this year!

Halloween week was as always, loads of fun and filled to the brim with a lot of your traditional Halloween festivities. Out of all the engagement/activity opportunities, residents seemed to really enjoy the excitement of our pumpkin painting program the most. Each individual brainstormed their own unique design, and every pumpkin turned out absolutely SPOOKTACULAR!🎃

An incredible amount of smiles and laughter filled the room that afternoon, and the images from that day captured it perfectly!

Creating a personalized bouquet with real seasonal florals is hands down a favorite for our residents!💐🍂

Within one program residents are provided with an outlet for creativity, socialization, emotional regulation, and the opportunity to embrace many domains of their overall well-being. With joy filling the atmosphere and smiles on faces, it is such a heart warming and uplifting program for all participants and makes its importance very apparent!

We had an extra special program last week, that honors the past talents/traditions of one of our beloved residents.

Melodee and her daughter Jeni were kind enough to not only share a special applesauce recipe of Melodee’s but to also provide the actual apples she used to use for her recipe! It was such a blessing to have the opportunity to recreate this recipe with Melodee and her daughter, and the final result was absolutely delicious! Everyone in the building was raving about the recipe and wanted to make sure that all their friends and peers had the chance to enjoy such a warm, cozy, and delicious treat!

We have been checking all the boxes to celebrate autumn this year!🍁🍂

It has become a tradition for our residents to get a fall flavored latte from 3 Arrows Coffee Company, and this year did not disappoint! Everyone had an amazing time and enjoyed sipping their warm fall drinks in good company! 3 Arrows truly provides the best service and welcoming environment with every visit! The minute we load the bus to leave; residents are asking to schedule our next visit!☕️🎃

Another annual autumn tradition here at Eagle Ridge is our fall leaves tour! Residents love soaking up the sunshine and colorful scenery of our beautiful community. This year our tour was made extra special with a pit stop at Interstate State Park! Everyone held their gaze out the window to take in the beauty of the local park and expressed a deep appreciation for having something like that so close to home.🍁🪾🌲

Eagle Ridge Senior Living is a newly constructed (2019) Assisted Living and Memory care managed by Senior Housing Management , located in the heart of the Midwest. The Senior Housing Management mission is simple: To lead the senior housing industry by providing Red Carpet Treatment through our core values for all of our customers.

Our Memory Care offers a secured environment that is staffed by specially trained individuals who provide positive life experiences and one-on-one interactions for socialization and activities of daily living (ADL’s). Some of the services provided include: Private studio apartments, full private bathrooms, caregiver support group, life stations with activities tailored to individual interests, personalized memory boxes, a family engagement program, and exercise programs.

Our Assisted Living is certified by the state of Wisconsin and provides customers extra care and comfort, as well as their own studio apartment which feature a private bathroom and kitchenette. Dining is important to our residents which is why we strive to make comforting, delicious, and nutritious meals with input from our residents. Other services provided include: A senior exercise program, daily activities and social interaction, a family engagement program, a family engagement program, and community outings.
