With increasing stress and the inability of so many to self-regulate, which means to manage the emotions that come up for you with more mastery, we need to learn how to do this. What I saw the other day with the killing of Charlie Kirk, we see that when we get triggered, we just react.
I know I can also just react. Learning how to masterfully regulate your nervous system matters now more than ever.
When we can't listen to another's point of view we are in trouble. I saw a clip of one of our leaders say to another colleague that he wanted to hit his fu***ng face, this is what is out there in our high ranking official.
We can do better, we can choose love, we can choose coherence to truly change what is happening in the world and in us.

I don't know about you but I find myself all over the place emotionally at times. I can notice anger, fear, frustration, peace, love, impatience, judgment, sadness, hope, gratitude, appreciation, contentment, wonder to name a few. Have you noticed this about yourself these days? In the journal of subtle energies and energy medicine (journals.sfu.ca) volume 16, No 3>Bair there was an interesting article. Visible Light Radiated from the Heart with Heart Rhythm Meditation that shows the power of the heart in transmitting frequencies. A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart center and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second....
