We had a Grinch movie night, our resident Christmas party (put a thank you to everyone who made this happen for them we appreciate our community so much) and we went, and saw Santa's rocking light show! Overall, it's been very festive at Homestead!

Our community was filled with holiday cheer as we decorated stockings, enjoyed beautiful Christmas music played on the piano by a guest, and shared lots of fun moments decorating cookies and completing activity pages with the amazing 3rd grade class from I35!

Yesterday, our residents taste tested 3 different cheeseballs. They tried a key lime, hot fudge, and pumpkin spice. First time with Ritz cracker the next time with graham cracker. The key lime won when tasted on Ritz. When tasted with graham cracker the hot fudge won.

🎃 Our staff went all out with their pumpkin decorations, and everyone did an outstanding job! While our administrator's elephant pumpkin took first place, she generously passed the prize to our second-place winner, the porcupine.

Congratulations to Brooke for her amazing creation and for winning the "Boo Basket"! 🏆🎉 Great job to all who participated!
